8. Disclaimer

The Platform provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Services can meet all your expected needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, business interruption;
  • Our total liability for any direct damages does not exceed the amount you paid for services in the most recent 12 months.

  • If you violate this agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement is governed by California law.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they should be submitted to relevant California courts for resolution.
